I provide therapy for people who feel stuck in the aftershocks of trauma — even if the trauma happened years ago and they’ve been “functioning” ever since. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they’re carrying a heavy emotional load: anxiety they can’t explain, shame that won’t go away, difficulty trusting others, or a sense of being disconnected from their own bodies and emotions.
They often say things like:

“I feel sad, but I don’t know what to do about it.”
“I’ve been through worse, but this feels like too much.”
“I’ve done talk therapy, but I still feel stuck.”

I specialize in working with people who have experienced relational trauma, childhood emotional neglect, or who have grown up in environments where they had to be “strong” or “the responsible one” — often at the cost of their own needs. These experiences can leave you feeling like you’re never fully safe, like your nervous system is always in high alert, or like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself.

The most important part of trauma therapy for adults is creating a space that feels safe — emotionally, physically, and relationally. Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling like they had to hold it all together, often putting others’ needs ahead of their own. In our work together, you don’t have to do that. This is a space where you can begin to untangle the complex thoughts, emotions, and patterns you’ve carried — without judgment.

With over 10 years of experience, I use a trauma-informed and compassionate approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients reconnect with their inner strength, heal from the past, and feel more grounded in the present. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just know that something isn’t right, our work is about helping you feel more like you again — connected, empowered, and no longer defined by what happened to you.

Together, we work to break those patterns. My approach helps you not just understand what happened — but begin to feel relief in your body, clarity in your mind, and reconnection with the parts of you that are still whole, wise, and worthy.
