"The first wealth is health" - Ralph Waldo Emerson

I hold the belief that engaging in therapy represents an investment in your well-being, and the cool thing is when you dedicate yourself to healing, the benefits are twofold, enriching your life in ways that extend far beyond the therapy room.

Intake Session: $225

A 60-minute session that includes a comprehensive assessment and collaborative treatment planning. During this session, we will discuss your mental health history, your reasons for seeking therapy, and explore any specific issues you want to address

Individual Therapy Session: $200

I provide 50-60-minute individual therapy sessions to adults ages 18 and up.  Typically, I meet with clients on a weekly basis, though due to scheduling needs and other factors, this may vary.  Expecting week sessions is a good start, but we can discuss what works best for you.

Personal Growth Package: $1,000 (paid upfront)

Want to fast-track your progress and get unstuck?

The Personal Growth Package includes 6 sessions tailored for people who are ready to gain momentum toward positive change in a short period of time.

This package is ideal for you if you are seeking to enhance your well-being, improve coping skills, boundaries, and communication skills, and/or navigate life transitions.

I provide a series of focused sessions and personal guidance to help clients break through barriers and set achievable goals.  (Please note this package is not intended to address or treat mental illness or trauma, but is designed to support individuals in achieving personal growth and self-improvement goals)

Reduced Cost Sessions

While my standard fee is $200/session, I reserve a small number of slots to offer at a reduced cost.  These slots are limited, so please contact me for consideration.

Insurance

While I do not participate directly with insurance companies, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits for mental health services.  This means that you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of the fees paid for my services.  I can provide you with the necessary paperwork such as super bills or invoices, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement

Benefits of Out-of-Network Services

Choice and flexibility: You have the freedom to choose your therapist and customize your treatment plan without being limited by in-network providers.

Privacy: Out-of-network services often provide increased privacy as insurance companies may have access to less detailed information about your sessions.

Quality of Care: Our focus remains solely on delivering the highest quality of care without the constraints imposed by insurance companies.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.  I accept all major credit cards, cash, and venmo.  I also accept Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) as payment.
